The reason we have stayed here so long is because we felt this property was perfect for our growing family. The property has given us large living accommodation and good size bedrooms. Also the local school is fantastic and was within walking distance. We love the layout because it means we could keep our dining area separate from our lounge.The garden is also something we are going to miss because on a sunny day we know there will always be a sunny spot to sit in. Also the Oak tree has it's benefits! When it rains it's like a huge umbrella which sometimes keeps my washing dry!!! There is brilliant motorway links from here as well. Within a few minutes we could be on the M25 or A2.
